Who We Are
CCV Group Ltd is a UK-registered company operating prize competitions and trading card vending machines. We are based in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, and serve customers across the United Kingdom.
CCV Group Ltd operates prize draws with paid and free postal entry routes, subject to the applicable competition terms. Participation is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
How Our Draws Work
Each competition has a clearly stated maximum number of entries and a draw date. When all entries are sold before the draw date, the draw takes place at the point of sell-out. If entries remain unsold on the draw date, the draw proceeds as scheduled.
Winners are selected using a documented random selection process. The winning ticket number and winner name are recorded. Draw results are available on request by emailing [email protected].
CCV Group Ltd does not extend draw deadlines except in genuinely exceptional circumstances (for example, a bereavement or serious illness affecting the prize). Any extension is communicated to all entrants.
Fixed Entry Limits & Per-Person Caps
Every competition states the maximum number of entries before it opens. This number does not change once the competition is live.
Per-person entry limits are set on each competition and enforced at checkout. No single customer can purchase more than the stated limit for any one draw.
These limits are in place to keep draws fair and to prevent any one entrant from gaining an unfair advantage.
Free Postal Entry — No Purchase Necessary
Every CCV Group Ltd prize competition can be entered for free by post. No purchase is required to participate.
Free postal entries are treated identically to paid entries in the draw. There is no difference in the chance of winning between a paid entry and a free postal entry.
Full instructions for free postal entry are on our Free Postal Entry page.
Free Postal Entry instructionsLegal Basis & Compliance
CCV Group Ltd competitions offer both a paid entry route and a free postal entry route. The free postal entry route is available alongside the paid route and is treated equally in the draw — there is no difference in the chance of winning.
CCV publishes full Competition Terms and a dedicated Free Postal Entry page setting out how both routes operate. CCV Group Ltd is responsible for operating its competitions in accordance with applicable UK law, including the Gambling Act 2005.
All competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. CCV Group Ltd reserves the right to request proof of age and to void entries where age requirements are not met.
CCV Group Ltd complies with UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
