Prize Draw Rules

These prize draws are promoted by CCV Group Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC895337), operating at ccvgroupltd.co.uk.

Prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Employees of CCV Group Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of a prize draw are not eligible to enter.

CCV Group Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who provides false or misleading information.

CCV Group Ltd competitions provide both a paid online entry route and a free postal entry route. Each draw listing shows the entry price, the maximum number of entries available, the maximum entries per person, and the closing and draw dates.

Paid entry: Entries can be purchased via our website at ccvgroupltd.co.uk/competitions. Entries are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum number of entries has been reached, no further entries will be accepted.

Free postal entry: Entrants may also enter for free by post. Full details of the free postal entry route, including the postal address and what must be included, are set out on our Free Postal Entry page at ccvgroupltd.co.uk/free-postal-entry.

Entrants using the free postal entry route may submit entries up to the same maximum number of entries per person permitted for paid online entrants for the relevant competition. Each postal entry must be submitted separately and must comply with the Free Postal Entry requirements.

Each valid entry (whether paid or free postal) constitutes one entry into the draw. Paid and valid free postal entries are treated equally when determining the winner.

Entries cannot normally be cancelled or refunded once accepted, except where required by applicable law, where CCV Group Ltd cancels the draw, or as otherwise set out in these Rules.

Each draw has a fixed closing date and draw date as stated on the individual draw page. The draw will take place once all tickets have been purchased, on or after the stated draw date.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random online generator. CCV Group Ltd will retain records sufficient to demonstrate that the draw was conducted fairly.

The draw result is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

The prize for each draw is as described on the individual draw page. Where photographs show the specific item being awarded (for example, an individually graded card), those photographs show the actual prize unless the listing explicitly states otherwise.

For graded cards, the grading company, grade and certification number are identified on the individual draw page where available.

For sealed products, the exact product, set, edition and language are identified on the individual draw page.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize, except at CCV Group Ltd's discretion.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons genuinely outside CCV Group Ltd's reasonable control, CCV Group Ltd may substitute a prize of equal or greater value that is a reasonable equivalent of the advertised prize. CCV Group Ltd will not substitute an unrelated prize solely on the basis of similar monetary value.

The winner will be notified by email (and, where applicable, by other contact details provided at entry) within 48 hours of the draw taking place. CCV Group Ltd will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner during the 28-day prize claim period.

The winner must respond to claim their prize within 28 days of the date of the first notification attempt. If the winner does not respond within this period despite reasonable contact attempts, CCV Group Ltd reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.

The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and age before the prize is dispatched. CCV Group Ltd reserves the right to withhold a prize where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Participation in any promotional activity (such as photographs or social media posts) is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving a prize.

Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of the winner confirming their delivery address and completing any required verification. Where a prize is lost or damaged in transit, CCV Group Ltd will investigate with the courier and take reasonable steps to resolve the matter.

By entering a prize draw, you agree that CCV Group Ltd may announce the winner's first name and county of residence on our website and social media channels.

We will not publish your full name, address or any other personal information without your explicit consent.

The winner may be asked (but not required) to participate in promotional activity such as a photograph or social media post. Participation in any such activity is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving a prize.

Personal data collected in connection with prize draws will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy at ccvgroupltd.co.uk/privacy.

We will use your data only to administer the draw and to contact you if you are a winner. We will not use your draw entry data for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Data will be retained for 12 months following the close of the draw, after which it will be securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

CCV Group Ltd competitions are structured to provide both a paid entry route and a free entry route and are intended to operate in accordance with applicable UK law, including the Gambling Act 2005.

CCV Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend any prize draw at any time where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary to do so. We will notify entrants as soon as reasonably practicable.

If a draw is cancelled before it takes place, all entry purchases will be refunded in full within 14 days.

These Rules are governed by Scots law. Nothing in these Rules affects any mandatory rights you may have under the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which you reside.
