Playing Responsibly

CCV Group competitions are designed to be fun and exciting. We want everyone who participates to do so safely, within their means, and with a clear understanding of how our prize draws work.

Last updated:

1. Who This Applies To

CCV Group Ltd prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. By entering any competition, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

CCV Group Ltd competitions are structured with paid and free entry routes in accordance with the applicable competition rules. Every competition includes a free postal entry route so that no purchase is ever necessary to participate. Paid entries and free postal entries are treated equally in every draw.

UK residents only
18+ age requirement
Free entry always available

2. Only Spend What You Can Afford

Entering competitions should be an enjoyable experience. Please only spend money you can genuinely afford to lose. Winning is never guaranteed, and competitions should never be used as a method of solving financial problems.

Remember that a free postal entry route is always available for every CCV Group competition. You do not need to spend any money to participate.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please do not enter paid competitions. Use the free postal entry route or take a break entirely.

3. Sensible Participation Guidelines

  • Set a personal budget for competition entries and stick to it.
  • Do not enter competitions using money needed for essential expenses such as rent, food or bills.
  • Competitions are a form of entertainment — treat them as such, not as an investment or income strategy.
  • Take breaks. If you find yourself entering competitions compulsively, step back and reassess.
  • Remember that every entry has an equal chance — buying more entries increases your odds but does not guarantee a win.
  • CCV competitions are for adults aged 18 and over. Please do not allow minors to enter or use your account to enter.
  • Use the free postal entry route if you want to participate without spending money.
  • Keep a record of your spending if it helps you stay within your budget.

4. Warning Signs

You may need to take a break or seek support if you notice any of the following:

  • !You are spending more than you planned or can afford.
  • !You are entering competitions to recover previous losses.
  • !You feel anxious, stressed or preoccupied with competitions.
  • !You are neglecting other responsibilities to enter competitions.
  • !You are borrowing money or using credit to fund entries.
  • !You are hiding your competition spending from family or friends.
  • !You feel unable to stop even when you want to.

If any of these apply to you, please stop entering competitions and contact one of the support organisations listed in Section 6.
